Description: Planning is one of the most crucial steps before starting a business, wherein success in business could be effective enough based on the planning process. The business plan could be prepared considering goals, strategies, priorities and business objectives. The training will help the trainees to understand their business in detail, analyze the market and competition, create an effective and efficient path for investors, create an effective marketing plan, prepare complete finance, economic and market within the business plan.

Entrepreneurship is a combination of attributes which motivates a person to learn how he can develop himself as a successful businessman. Hence, this training will provide an introduction to the principles of entrepreneurship, self-analysis of entrepreneurship readiness, role of entrepreneur in economic development, organizational structure, sources of financing, budgeting, and cash flow. Upon completion of the training, trainees could understand the entrepreneurship and issues faced by entrepreneurs. Topic 4: Success Vs Failure of Entrepreneurs

  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Critical and creative thinking skill
  • Marketing and sales strategies
  • Branding and promotion

Topic 5: Practical Applications using software/excel

  • Simple IRR, NPV and BCR analysis
