Abstract:

Recently business process outsourcing, especially offshore outsourcing has become the new wave of business. It has assumed significance as an important tool for strategic management and increasing shareho/ders’ value. The present paper which is divided into four parts discusses the trends of business process outsourcing activities, presents a brief overview of activities that are domain of outsourcing game and prospects for developing countries in general and Ethiopia in particular.
