At the 30th General Assembly held on December 09, 2023, the Ethiopian Economics Association(EEA) honored two of its members for their outstanding voluntary contributions. Mr. Sileshi Ashine received the award for his service in providing coaching and mentoring training to EEA members, while Prof. Sourafel Girma was recognized for his online training and reading club on machine learning. The executive committee of the EEA expressed its gratitude and appreciation to both awardees for their dedication and generosity.
