The Ethiopian Economics Association Bahir Dar Chapter has been organizing consecutive Annual conferences on Amhara Regional State Economic Development. The previous ten conferences had served as academic and policy debating forum among researchers, practitioners and the general public.

Similarly, EEA in Collaboration with Feredrich Evert Stiftung and Bahar Dar University is pleased to announce the 11^th Annual conference on Amahara Regional State Economic Development with grand theme of “Agriculture, Industry and Environment Nexus for Sustainable Regional Development” to be held on November 15, 2021. The conference is going to be a platform to academia, practitioners, policy makers and the public sector.

Hence, EEA cordially invites interested scholars to present their original research work on Amhara regional state Economic Development. However, papers from other parts of the region can also be accepted provided that lessons that can be drawn to Amhara Regional State from other regions or country experience are clearly indicated.

Note that submissions are expected to be related with an overarching subject indicated in the main theme and the following sub themes.
