Call for Papers!
With great pleasure, the Ethiopian Economics Association (EEA) announces the dates of its 21st International Conference: July 19–20, 2024, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Panel discussions, presentations in plenary and parallel sessions, poster presentations, and sponsored partner sessions are all included in the conference schedule. As a result, EEA is looking for organizations, studies, and professionals that would like to lead panel discussions, present papers, and display posters during the conference. The following general thematic areas will be covered by the panel discussions, papers, and posters, but not exclusively:
- Macroeconomic Development
- Agricultural and Rural Development
- Welfare and Human development
- Trade and Manufacturing
- Institutions, Energy, Environment and Climate change
- Political Economy
- Economic Shocks and Responses
- Financial Inclusiveness and Digital Economy
- Population and Migration
- Women and Youth Empowerment
- Conflict and Conflict Recovery
Applicants should follow the following schedule for submissions:
Abstract: Before March 25, 2024, panel discussion organizers and authors of papers and posters should submit the abstract together with their complete address (full name, phone number, email address, and institutional affiliation).
Draft Paper: The writers and organizers of the panel discussion whose submissions are chosen will be contacted via email to submit their draft complete paper, which should not exceed 20 pages, 1.5 spaces, and 12 typefaces: conferenceeeapcd@gmail.com or info@eea-et.org before 30 April 2024 and the final before 31 May 2024.
Sponsored sessions: In order to arrange sponsored sessions on their areas of interest, partner institutions may submit brief expressions of interest. These must be submitted by May 31, 2024.
