The 30 th General Assembly (GA)

Dear Distinguished EEA Members,

The Executive Committee (EC) of the Ethiopian Economics Association (EEA) has decided to hold the 30th General Assembly (GA) on December 9, 2023, at the EEA main conference hall, starting from 8:00 AM.
As usual, the 2022/23 annual performance and external audit reports, and the 2023/24 annual plan will be discussed and approved.
The event will also include Election of the Executive Committee Members in place of those who finished their terms and report on the status of the 30th EEA’s Book project.
On the occasion, there will be a research presentation by EEA on “Does Ethiopia Benefit from Joining the BRICS?” Perceptions and Global trends”.
As the quorum requirement indicated in the bylaw has been revised and approved, please do not expect cancellation of the first and announcement for a second call.  This is, therefore, to kindly invite you to attend this important GA meeting and contribute to the success of the Association.
