Finalizing the two days Pre-conference events, the 6th Evidence to Action (E2A) conference and exhibition was started on July 26, 2023 at the EEA’s Auditorium. The conference was started by introductory and welcome remarks of different officials and heads of institutions. Dr. Amdissa Teshome, President of the Ethiopian Economics Association, Prof. Beyene Petros, Director General of Policy Studies Institute, Mr. Dereje Mamo, President of Ethiopian Evaluation Association, and Dr. David Ameyaw, President & CEO of the International Centre for Evaluation and Development have made the remarks. In their remarks, the officials emphasized on the relevance of evidence to action conference in enhancing informed decision making in Africa. They have also recognized all stakeholders who take part in organizing for realizing the objectives of the conference.
