The second day of the intensive training on Quantitative Data Management and Analysis using STATA is officially underway at Addis Ababa!

Today, our cohort of young and junior professionals transitioned from foundational concepts to immersive, hands-on data exercises. The focus is on making complex data analysis accessible and practical. Participants are currently diving into:

• Data Manipulation & Visualization: Learning how to clean datasets and build clean, impactful graphs.
• Demystifying Regression: Breaking down regression analysis at a junior level to show just how intuitive and powerful it can be when mastered early.

This three-day training program began yesterday, June 10, and will run through June 12, providing these upcoming researchers and practitioners with vital skills for evidence-based policy analysis and economic research.

The program is organized by the Ethiopian Economics Association for Members.
