Addis Ababa, June 12, 2026 – The Ethiopian Economics Association (EEA) completed a three-day training on Quantitative Data Management and Analysis using STATA for its members at the EEA Conference Hall.

The training brought together 25 participants and equipped them with practical skills in data management, statistical analysis, data visualization, and regression techniques using STATA. Through a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises, participants gained valuable experience in conducting empirical analysis.

The program emphasized the application of quantitative methods in economic research and evidence-based policy analysis. Participants appreciated the practical nature of the training and its relevance to their professional and academic work.

The training was delivered by Dr. Zenebech Admassu, Researcher at the Ethiopian Economics Association, as part of EEA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the analytical and research capacities of young professionals, researchers, and practitioners in Ethiopia.
